This role is critical in aligning engineering initiatives with business goals, ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects from concept through commissioning and startup. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the chemical industry and demonstrate strong leadership in project execution, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Support and manage capital projects across the full project lifecycle-from initiation, design, and procurement to execution, commissioning, and startup.
- Ensure engineering activities and investments align with business objectives and site priorities.
- Apply expertise in process design and engineering standards to develop and implement efficient, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with regional and site engineers, operations, maintenance, and other internal functions to ensure seamless project integration.
- Manage relationships with third-party engineering firms, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Support resolution of technical and project-related challenges through structured problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ensure all projects comply with internal standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
