- Coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations
- Track deliveries and maintain up-to-date records in our logistics system
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Support inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs déclarations
- Assist with logistics-related customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
