R&D Assistant - Materials Chemistry (M/F) - 35-40 KE Permanent contract - South of Chalon-sur-Saône (71), France

Reporting to the Innovation Manager, you will BE responsible for leading the development of new materials and optimizing existing solutions.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Designing and improving innovative materials, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and durability

- Collaborating with partner laboratories to implement your research findings

- Communicating with suppliers to select raw materials and manage procurement

- Updating and developing technical documentation

- Analyzing and proposing solutions to reduce environmental impact

- Monitoring analyses and certifications in coordination with external labs

- Providing technical support to internal teams and clients
